Does AJ Global Connect hold stock of the products listed?
Products listed on this website are generally sourced through third-party suppliers. Listing a product does not mean it is held in stock; availability, quantities and specifications are confirmed for each inquiry.
How is AJ Global Connect paid?
Depending on the agreement and the specific transaction, AJ Global Connect may earn sourcing fees, facilitation fees, success-based commissions or other agreed commercial fees. Terms are agreed with the client before work begins.
Do you handle shipping, customs clearance or payments?
No. We are not a freight forwarder, customs broker or payment provider. Shipping, customs, payments and regulatory formalities are arranged by the transacting parties and their appointed, appropriately licensed providers. Where agreed, we can coordinate communication with those providers.
Can you guarantee that you will find a supplier or buyer?
We cannot guarantee sourcing outcomes, buyers, suppliers or the completion of a transaction. We assess each requirement honestly and tell you if it falls outside our sourcing and facilitation capabilities.
What information should I include in my inquiry?
The product, quantity and unit, destination or origin country, specifications such as grade, size and packaging, your expected timeline and, optionally, a target price. The more detail you share, the more relevant our response.
Do you work with products outside agriculture?
Our catalogue currently focuses on agricultural commodities. Through our global sourcing service, we also assess requirements in wholesale, manufacturing, consumer products and general merchandise.
